The chief architect behind FutureFix, AxD's predictive-maintenance platform. A mechanical engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, with a background in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing at Lam Research and industrial automation, Mihir grounds AxD's software in first-principles physics and controls engineering, not abstracted away from the machine, to build a software product that embodies the essence of a deep-tech company.

Drives AxD's growth strategy, partnerships and market expansion. A Masters Graduate in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany, Maithili worked as a research engineer at Flanders Make, Belgium. After living in Western Europe for nearly 6 years, she relocated to India to build AxD. Now she focuses on translating hard-won industrial expertise into repeatable commercial outcomes and durable customer relationships across global manufacturing markets.

Raj Batra brings three decades of Siemens leadership to AxD as Chairman, culminating as President of Siemens Digital Industries - USA where he delivered record revenue and profitability in 2023. He currently serves as the CEO of Eptura, along with his board position at Thoma Bravo. His strategic execution spans automotive and aerospace, evidenced by board positions at MKS Instruments (NASDAQ), Amsted Industries, and ATS, alongside current chairmanship of the Manufacturers Alliance and advisory roles to sovereign wealth funds on multi-hundred-billion-dollar automation capital deployment. With a BS in Electrical Engineering (Lawrence Tech Hall of Fame 2023) and MBA from Michigan, Raj's expertise in scaling digital industrial businesses, competitive market penetration, and cross-industry collaboration directly anchors AxD's go-to-market strategy and board credibility.

Product Scientist & Advisor

Abhay Deshmukh is a seasoned entrepreneur and a key advisor and mentor to AxD, where he serves as Product Scientist & Advisor. He founded Logical Solutions in 1993. With a keen focus on innovation and customer value, Abhay has helped AxD become a trusted provider of advanced engineering and automation solutions across multiple industries. His ability to bridge technical expertise with business strategy has made him a driving force behind the company's growth and success. Abhay built a strong foundation in engineering through his previous roles as a Systems Integration Engineer at the Computer Science Corporation at JSC in Houston, TX and a Research Engineer at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken NJ. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, Abhay brings over 30 years of experience working on machine tools, polymer, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and power generation projects. His unique skill set lies in integrating knowledge from five engineering disciplines, making him an expert in systems integration, mechatronics, and industrial automation.
